HANMI ESCROW CO., INC. was incorporated in April 1983.  The company's objective is to be a full service escrow company which provides escrow services for commercial and residential real estate transactions, loans, exchanges, and bulk sales including liquor licenses.

The company has been steadily growing and gaining experience since its inception and currently employs highly qualified and dedicated escrow officers including a licensed attorney. 

Our commitment to excellence has made us a leader in the escrow industry and a respected company, especially in the Korean-American Community of the Greater Los Angeles.  Our clients include the City of Los Angeles, Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles, Century Housing Corporation, Bank of America, and many more.
